Bow Restoration - Inlet Rustler Before and Primed

Comprehensive bow restoration performed on the Inlet Rustler tugboat. The project began with needle gunning and wet blasting to remove heavy corrosion and marine buildup, ensuring proper surface preparation for coating adhesion.

After surface prep, the bow received a complete coating system:

    •    2 coats of Intershield 300HS – high-build epoxy primer for deep corrosion protection.

    •    2 coats of Interthane 990 – polyurethane topcoat providing long-lasting UV resistance and a clean, durable finish.

This restoration revitalized the Inlet Rustler’s bow, delivering strong protection against harsh marine environments and restoring a professional, like-new appearance.
