Barge - Before

Scope of Work:

This project involved the complete restoration of both ramp support structures on a marine landing barge. Extensive corrosion and weathering were treated through wet blasting, removing all rust and contaminants to achieve a clean, profiled steel surface suitable for coating.

Once the surface was properly prepared, a full protective coating system was applied:

    •    2 coats of Intershield 300HS for deep corrosion protection and durability.

    •    2 coats of Interthane 990 to provide a long-lasting, UV-resistant, and aesthetically clean finish.

The result is a fully restored and reinforced ramp structure capable of withstanding constant marine exposure while maintaining a professional, like-new appearance.
