Full hull restoration performed on a 38-foot fiberglass vessel. The project began with wet blasting to remove old coatings, oxidation, and marine growth, leaving a clean and properly profiled surface ready for coating.

To protect the vessel’s gelcoat topsides, the entire upper section was carefully wrapped prior to blasting. Once the surface was prepared, the hull received:

    •    2 coats of Intershield 300HS – high-build epoxy primer for superior adhesion and corrosion protection.

    •    2 coats of antifouling paint – providing long-term protection against marine growth and ensuring efficient hull performance.

The result is a smooth, durable finish that enhances both the vessel’s appearance and its resistance to harsh marine conditions.
