Before work Began:
This is the photo of the bottom of the vessel prior. The hull was heavily weathered, with large areas of flaking and deteriorated paint, patches of corrosion, and visible marine buildup. Surface preparation was clearly needed before any restoration or coating could begin.
After Completion - Work by PVS Inc:
PVS Inc performed wet blasting to remove old paint, marine growth, and surface buildup. The team repaired and refinished the damaged gel coat, restoring a smooth, even surface. After repairs, they applied primer to seal and prepare the hull, followed by a fresh coat of paint. To complete the job, the hull was thoroughly polished, resulting in a sleek, high-gloss, professional finish. The bottom of the vessel is now fully restored with no visible signs of prior wear or damage.

After surfacing - Worked by PVS Inc : All gelcoat repairs were completed and polished. The bottom was primed and finished with fresh antifouling paint. She now looks like new clean, smooth, and well-protected.

This photo shows the lower unit prior to any servicing by PVS Inc. The component was heavily oxidized, with visible corrosion, buildup, and worn surfaces. Old grease and marine residue were present throughout, indicating the need for thorough cleaning, inspection, and possible repair or refinishing before reinstallation or replacement.
After Servicing – Work by PVS Inc:
PVS Inc thoroughly cleaned and degreased the lower unit, removing all marine buildup, old grease, and corrosion. The surface was refinished and treated to restore its integrity and performance. As part of the service, the water pump and gaskets were replaced, fresh oil was added, and new zinc anodes were installed to ensure proper corrosion protection. The lower unit is now fully serviced, reconditioned, and ready for reliable operation with a clean, professional finish.
